  1. Hi Debbie,

Does Justin Herd produce organic, raw and unfiltered honey? And if he does how can I contact him?

  2. We are visiting the dargle valley on sunday 15 march. Are there places to eat in Dargle? Is the Dargle Valley Market open on Sundays?

    1. Hello Ansie – look under Other Things on our blog for the list of restaurants. No, the Dargle Local Market is on the first Sunday of every month. Have a lovely day in Dargle!

  3. Hi Debbie, Living in Cape Town i am spoilt for small producers and their amazing products, so I am always interested to read about all the lovely producers elsewhere in the country. Do you think Dargle General Dealer or the Dargle Valley producers would like to get together and showcase their produce at Taste of Durban? Please call me 021 4184516 if you are remotely interested!

  4. Thanks to everyone for coming along to the Dargle Local Market – what a wonderful array of delicious delights and tasteful local crafts! We are looking forward to our first week-day market next week on Thursday 17th November

The Dargle General Dealer are now proud stockists of Gilly’s wonderful dairy products, Sue’s trout, Croft Farm Chicken, Dargle Valley Pork, Sharon’s Mozarella and Feta, Malvina’s duck eggs and mayo, Jean and Cindy’s delicious baking, our own free range eggs, preserves and bilong and Barend’s beautiful fragrant roses on special days.

We are still looking for suppliers of fresh veggies and cabbages, honey and duck – please contact me on debbie@dargledealer.co.za or on 0828314092 if you have things for us to sell or if you would like to join in at the next market!

    Thanks so much!
